Also wildfires and vacations aren't going to mix

Next week we are going to the U.P. (Michigan's upper peninsula). Haven't been there in at least 15 years.  There is a wildfire that has been going on for almost a week that has been burned more than 22,000 acres.

The fire is 20 miles from where we are going to stay.  My brother in law called and we should be fine, just may not be able to have bonfires etc...

Hoping they get the fire out soon. Even for unselfish reasons.  They have lost lots of forest and some houses/cabins.
