Long term MSPI mamas - how do you keep up supply?

I started out breastfeeding with horrible, horrible oversupply issues. They lasted until around 4 months when I got down to about 5 lbs below my pre-pregnancy weight. Since then, my weight has continued to decrease and my supply has gone right off a cliff. I eat TONS of food, but nothing is stopping the weight/fat loss and I'm getting to the point where LO is no longer STTN - I assume because he's not getting enough calories during the day.

Any tricks for getting some more fat/calories in my diet? I'm going to try eating more avocados, but past that I am stumped.
