Quitting fenugreek cold turkey

Is that a good idea? I ran out of fenugreek last night and haven't gone to pick up more yet. I EBF so I'm not sure if my supply is lower, it just feels that way (LO finishes eating faster, breasts don't feel full, etc.). Is it just psychological (mind playing tricks) or is there something to it?

I hate how much I worry about my supply all the time ... it's so stressful!
