EP question

I will be exclusively pumping due to personal choices.  From what I've read it may take a few days for your milk to come in so you'll just have cOlostrum until then.  I've also read that colostrum can be difficult to pump. So my question is what did you do until your milk came in?  Did you feed by breast, pump, or other option?  

 We have our scheduled c section next week at 37 weeks and I'm wanting to be prepared at what to do!   Thanks!
