Freezer Stash Question

What is your reasoning for having a freezer stash?

By the time you go back to work (I'm going back when LO is 3mo old), how much of a supply do you plan on having in the freezer? Are we talking like 10 bottles worth or...50? I'm just confused as to how much I should be worried about making a freezer stash.
