I think I have a reverse cycler

I started back to work PT a few weeks ago and DS is only taking about 8 ounces the 9 hours I am away from him.  He used to sleep 8 hours straight at night but he is now up every 2-4 hours to feed.  I am exhausted! I got in the habit of putting him in bed with me and letting him nurse through the night but I really want to break him of that and get him in his crib in his own room.

 

Any suggestions???
