Pumping with LO 12mos+

DD turned 1 yesterday.  Our BF relationship is wonderful and no signs of stopping anytime soon, which I'm happy with.  But I will need to return to work soon.  I would be working 1-2 days per week (probably not in a row) for 12-14 hours.  I know I will need to pump, but will I need to pump every 4 hours to maintain supply?  V still nurses that often (sometimes more often), but I'm not sure how I will accomplish that schedule at work. TIA!
