Pumping question

Good Morning,

I am a FTM and have been breastfeeding LO, she is 3 weeks old. Today I pumped for the first time, I was able to get 1.5 oz from one breast and .5 from the other...my question is when we give a bottle do we combine the milk from both breasts that I obtained during the pumping session? I guess that may be a dumb question. Plan is to have my fiance be able to give a bottle a couple nights during the week. I guess I am just confused on this whole pumping thing. I plan to continue breastfeeding but will be going back to work and will be then giving bottles during the daycare day hours. So I gather that I can pump every day to increase my supply?
