Low back cramping @ 8 weeks with tipped uterus

Last night I had severe low back cramping that extended down into my left buttock. It was constant (and still is) very painful. I have no temp or bleeding. I was doing some weeding in the garden yesterday, but I took breaks and kep hydrated to make sure I wasn't overdoing it. I called the doctor today, and as long as there is no bleeding or temp , they aren't overly concerned. She sAid to take Tylenol, apply heat, and rest.

 

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this kind of pain and what might cause this. I do have a tipped uterus, so I thought maybe this had something to do with it "unfolding" as the baby is growing.
