nursing difficulties

My baby is 4 weeks old today.  We breastfeed and she's a good latcher.  She's a bit of a slow sucker; when she nurses she'll suck, suck, suck, swallow, long pause for about 10-15 minutes on each side.  Although the last 4 days, the way she nurses has changed and it's a bit frustrating.  She's been sucking continuously for 4-5 minutes, then will pull herself off.  I burp her, switch sides, and she sucks for 1-2 minutes, pulls herself off, then cries frantically, like she forgot what she was doing, bobbing her head back and forth searching for the nipple, but never latching on.  She'll even suck her hands and take pacifer afterwards, but eat again.  I'm thinking that's she's still hungry and it's getting as much food, but when we tried to feed her a bottle after this yesterday, she didn't drink any of it.  She's been a bit more fussy the last couple of days too. Any suggestions.
