PLEASE HELP

On 5/8/12 DS had and infection in both ears well it cleared up. We thought it cleared up because he was good for a week and finished all his meds. He still continued to nurse on his normal schedule. Well Thurs the infection returned or didn't really leave. Anyways this time it affected his appetite and between Thurs and today he is refusing to nurse. I don't know what to do! He has not had a bottle or nursed since I got home from work around 4pm it has been about 6 hours. He hasn't nursed since last night. Has this happen to anyone? Did your LO go right back to nursing as usual? If not were you able to get LO back to nursing and how did you do it? TIA any advice is appreciated.
