Feeding on demand and pumping help

Hi! I think this is the first time posting on this board

I have always been confused about how to BF and pump to build a stash. My LO is fed on demand. I basically nurse her every 1-3 hours during the day and wake twice during the night. Currently I am only able to pump after her morning feeding because I know she will go back down for another hour or so. She isn't a very good napper and she's also a lazy eater. She eats/sleeps on me/eats/sleeps on me so It takes me close to an hour to feed her each time. I try to keep her awake but it's difficult, so the rest of our day is basically spent nursing. How am I supposed to fit in additional pumping sessions? I never know when she will wake and want to feed again. If I just finish a pumping session, and she needs to nurse, will I have enough milk to feed her?
