Clear Blisters on Nipple

I noticed today i have a bunch of small clear blisters on one nipple and it hurts! It is on the breast that I get twice as much from when pumping. I am mostly pumping and sometimes trying breastfeeding as LO is a preemie.

What is this? and what can i do to make it feel better?
