Clogged duct

I think I have one. Ds has started sleeping longer and only wakes once (or not at all) in 12 hrs. I wake up very uncomfortable so I have been pumping an ounce or so off both sides just to be able to sleep. Today my right side is very sore, it feels like a bruise in my rib bone almost. No fever, redness, etc. I took a hot bath have been offering that side first, and massaging. I don't wear tight bras or clothing to begin with. Any other advise?
