Clogged duct?

I am pretty sure I have at least one clogged duct in my left breast. LO recently started sleeping longer, so I was engorged a bit last week. Now I occasionally have a sharp pain coming from within the inside of that boob when I nurse that has a pulling sensation to it. LO is also fussy and seems to get agitated at that side quickly - latching, unlatching, and frantically trying to latch again. Then, when he is done, that side recently no longer feels empty. It feels lie there is a hard lump in there that is sensitive/painful to the touch. It's gotten worse as the day has progressed. I'm offering that side first, but what else should I do?
