My mom is making meals for DH and I for right after LO is born. She asked if there was any food I had to avoid because of BF. I told her "no" but I have no idea really. Do I still have to limit caffeine and completely avoid chicory? Do I need to watch my salt intake? Will soy products interfere with natural hormones?
My mom also said that I need to make sure to eat a lot of calories while BF. Is that true?
