6 weeks and no symptoms :(

Anyone else not have any pregnancy symptoms at all and everything turned out ok?   I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant.  I had a miscarriage a few months ago and didn't have any symptoms that time either. I'm a nervous wreck! Not even tender breasts! I did have my hcg checked and it did increase, but didn't double (it was like 74%). I have an ultrasound in a week. I'm just wondering if there's any hope...
