How to get your supply up to milkshare

I have been looking into donating my breastmilk.  I think it is an amazing thing to be able to offer someone who can't produce on their own.  Has anyone done this?  If so can you offer me some advice on how to start.  My son is 12 weeks old so my supply is regulated to what he needs.  Thank you for your advice
