When did you start cereal?

I didn't want to until closer to 6 months, but DD keeps waking up earlier and earlier, and sometimes in the middle of the night. She's been STTN since 8 weeks and now all of the sudden, not.

I'm wondering if I need to give her a little cereal? Or a bottle of pumped milk? Or if this is a growth spurt?
