1st Trimester

More sleep?

Hey everyone - I've tried to find an answer but can't.  I know fatigue is a common symptom but do we actually need to get more sleep? I mean it feels great to get in a nap when i can, but I also have lots of other things to do and don't want to spend all day sleeping! so is 8 hours a night good, or should i be trying for more?
