Thrush and pumping

LO and I were just diagnosed with thrush. We are both on diflucan. I know about boiling pump parts and all, but what I was wondering was if I should just toss the milk since she has been sick? I am lucky to have a decent freezer stash so not keeping the last few days wouldn't affect us much. I'm just worried about her getting reinfected - has anyone had that happen?

she has thrush so severe that it is causing fevers so it's making me a little nervous.
