Breastfeeding Question

Hi ladies - I have a question.  My daugther just turned 2 this past Sunday and I stopped breastfeeding a year ago.  When I stopped it didn't seem like it took me long to dry up, but I think I was already in that process when I stopped pumping.  Well there have been a few times over the past year where I have noticed some discharge out of one of my breasts.  This morning it happened again - I would get that feeling like when I was feeding and then I noticed 2 spots - one was like a yellow tinged milk consistency and the other was clear.  Could it be that a duct never dried up?  What should I think?  TIA
