Red bumps on aereola

I've noticed the normal bumps on my aereolas seem red and kind of inflamed. We just dealt with thrush and I'm working to correct latches. Could it be normal irritation or something worse? Any ideas? No redness on the breast itself so I don't think it's mastitis.....
