Forearm Pain

I know that shoulder pain can be a sign of an ectopic, has anyone heard if forearm pain is a cause for concern? I go in tomorrow for my first u/s and I'm already so nervous and a few hours ago I noticed my forearm is sore. No heavy lifting or a real cause for it. Not sure if this is cause to be concerned or not. Ugg I just want tomorrow to come already!!!!
