Pre Natal Vitamins & Water birth

Hey all-

First of all, thanks for the head's up on the name thing. I have an email in to the community to get it changed. I must have chosen it way back when i first signed up with the knot, before I was married.

 Does anyone have a recommendation for a good otc PNV? I'm not actively TTC yet, but want to be in the next year.

 Also, I've been researching birth options like crazy. Anyone familiar with water births? It sounds so natural to me, and I think I'd like to give it a shot. I was initally worried about pain, since you can't receive an epidural if you select water birth, but have heard that water has a calming, relaxing affect that helps with the pain. I wouldn't want to do it at home; we have a pretty progressive birth center within an hour of us that offers water births.
