T&Ps needed for my granddaddy! (NBR)

My granddaddy fell this morning and broke his femur. He'll be having surgery to repair it at 4p today but it will not be a traditional fix for an injury like this. It's complicated by the fact that he has an artificial hip and knee on the same leg...also he has been on blood thinners and has a pacemaker. He's 92 and up until recently has been in fairly good health for his age, but this type of injury is never good Any Ts&Ps would be appreciated for him and my grandma!
