F/U to Bleeding w/o cramping

I posted on Monday that I was having bright red spotting without any cramping to go with it.  I had my u/s today and everything looks perfect!  We have one healthy baby measuring right on target, with a hr of 166!  They said they couldn't pinpoint any source of the red spotting, but that whatever was there must have resolved itself.  I feel so relieved!
