Everyone thinks I'm farther along than the US says

Hey, I'm pregnant for the second time (miscarried twins last summer). I showed very early with the twins. Since this is the second pregnancy, would it make sense that I'm showing early again? Everyone says you show earlier after your first pregnancy.

My symptoms have all been a little 'ahead of schedule' you could say, and according to my LMP, I'm 10.5 weeks. Ultrasound measurements say I'm only almost 9 weeks.

I'd love to think I'm farther along, but then I worry about the baby being too small. 

the few friends and family members that know are pretty convinced that I'm farther along (the morning sickness has subsided... mostly. I'm having super weird dreams, feeling alot of twitches and twinges, my breasts are *huge* and veins are showing in them, etc)

At my first US, doc wrote 7-12 weeks in her notes and stated that we'd know more at the next apt on June 13.(7-12 weeks is a pretty big gap!)  I'm dying to know how far along I really am. anyone experience anything like this?
