C-sections

Pain pills and breastfeeding.. Opinions?

Is anyone worried about taking percacet or tylonel with codeine and breastfeeding. I figure I will need pain pills for a few weeks and I am sure my milk will be in full by then. I have read that it can affect the baby. Can I get some opinions on this? Do you take the pills as normal? I don't want to go without my pain meds!
