Breastfeeding

Yes, it is a poop question.

DS is 7 months old. We are doing BLW weaning but he doesn't take that many solids. So essentially he gets 99.9% of his food from breastmilk. Since he was about 2 months he has gone poo one time a day (or once every other day) and they have been your typical yellow poop.

Since Sunday he has been pooping at least every 2 hours, but it hasn't been a lot. Just a little tiny amount. The poop starts off yellow in the morning and then changes to green (and gets more and more green as the day goes on).  He does not poop over night (so from 6pm -6am) but the minute he is up for the morning he poops.

He did eat a tomato on Saturday, so I am not sure if he is having a reaction to that or not. He doesn't have a fever and seems to be fine. He COULD be teething, but I am not certain (he has no teeth).

Any ideas?
