1st Trimester

eating like a college student.

Im 6 wks along and the m/s hasnt hit yet but the hunger is in full force and all i seem to want to eat is salty and sweet things. Litterally had ramen noodles and a jelly sandwich for lunch. this wasnt healthy in college and im certain it isnt healthy now. trying to find ways to eat healthier with all the cravings for salty and sweet things. Any suggestions?
