Apartment hunting: round 2

So FI and I are going to look at the second place that meets our needs, and it may very well be THE ONE.

It's a single story house, with a fenced in back yard, two bedrooms, and water and sewage included. And we can bring our pug.

I'd love for our first place to be an actual house. The price is about $25 over what we originally wanted to spend, but we can cut corners here and there.

I'm super excited, but equally nervous.
