EP- end in sight?

My boy will be three months on the first and I aam going to start suplmenting formula. Breastfeeding was a nightmare for me and pumping is starting to have the same effect. I a, getting to the point where I want to be done pumping. My boy is 25 inches long and 15 lbs so the Doc gave me permission to stop when I am ready. He seems to be doing ok but want ot be done pumping. How should I go about giving him mroe bottles and less breastmilk? Anyone else been through tihs?
