A bit worried about my betas

I posted on Friday about some UTI symptoms that I was having, including pelvic pain. When I spoke with my Dr, they started me on antibiotics and sent me for betas just to be safe. My beta drawn at 6pm Friday was 266. My second one drawn Monday am at 8am was 577. It just barely doubled but it wasn't as high as I had hoped. The nurse who gave me the results said it was fine since it doubled but I don't think she realized it was 60ish hours in between the two and not 48. I have a history of m/c in the past so I realize I am being a little anxious, but I'm just hoping someone here has been in the same position before and can offer some guidance.
