Purple Marks?

Hey all,

I'm hoping someone has some insight for me.  I've developed two flat purple dots right on the bottom part of my mini-bump (a few inches below the belly button -- about where my underwear rests).  They almost look like pimples but aren't raised at all -- no bumps, no hurting, just...there.  Is this something to be concerned about, or perhaps just the friction of the underwear on my growing belly?
