Confused.... How long and how often

Hello I'm a ftm my baby is 5 days old and my milk just started to come in early this morning .... So my question is the lactating nurse told me to pump every 3 hrs for 15 min to get my milk to come in so now that it's In how often do/should I pump and for how long each time( til I'm empty? Will Milk just stop flowing?)ps im exclusively pumping Tia
