Ouch! Headaches. Anyone else?

I was lucky to have skipped this phase with my last pregnancy but wow they are back in full force this time around. My head hurts so badly that it even radiates down to my jaw and teeth in the back.    Anyone else? Any good remedies? So far I've tried Tylenol and cold packs on my forehead, etc. but it hasn't helped much...
