Since my first pregnancy I remember the whole not eating deli meat because I was shocked to find out that you could get listeria from it. Anyways, I know you are supposed to heat deli meat such as turkey, ham, etc. Now please refresh my memory can you have salami at all not heated? When they say deli meat is that like going to subway and not getting that meat or can you buy deli meat from a grocery store and have them slice it up and it will be okay? Or would you still heat the grocery store meat as well? I know last time I just eliminated eating lunch meat all together but right now I could go for a huge salami sandwich and its not even lunch time!
