pumping twice with same bottle?

Im on my way to a bridal shower and will need to pump twice while away. Can I pump twice into the same bottle? Or should I rinse and dry pump between sessions and pump into different bottle? I will not have access to a fridge while there so I will just be keeping milk at room temperature until I get home.
