Ameda Elite vs. Medela Symphony

I am currently nursing, supplementing, and pumping to build my supply.  I am trying to supplement with pumped milk rather than formula but I don't get very much when I pump and it's very discouraging.  I have the Medela Pump In Style Advanced.  I heard that you get way more with a hospital grade pump.  Is that true?  My LC has the Ameda Elite available for rental for $63 and the babies r us in my area has the medela symphony for $80.  Which is better?
