Not responding to a pump - right side only

I'm not sure what is going on.  I am not responding to my pump on my right side very well.  My left side has always been dominate getting about twice as much as my right.  But now I am getting .25-.5 of an ounce (used to get at least 2 ounces) while my left is producing 4 or 5 ounces. 

Also my nipples are quite flat and pumping & using a shield has reshaped them somewhat.  My left one now looks more like a "normal" nipple with an inner ring that gets erect, while my right one looks more like the entire colored part is cone shaped.  (God I feel deformed now)

Any suggestions?  I'm wondering if a larger flange on the right side might be necessary.
