Got a Xray - Not aware i was pregnant

I had some kind of stomach ache..When it got unbearable I consulted the doc.The doc wanted to rule out an appendix so i was asked to get an xray done of the abdomen.I told the doc that we were trying for a baby and that I would like to do a pregnancy test before I take the Xray.The blood test was Negative at that time.Well I got two xrays done.It was nothing to worry,just some gas problem.However later that same month I got a postive pregnancy test done a home.Now I am 12 weeks pregnant.To be precise i was 5 days preganant when the xray was taken.

When I told my Gynecologist about the xrays she said there is nothing to worry as the baby was too small for any harm to be caused. I am really worried that the xrays may have done some harm to the baby.These thoughts are really bothering me and it scares me.
