anyone have twinges in your vaginal area not cramps or pain just little twinges ?

I am 8 weeks and this week has come with a lot of pelvic achyness and increasingly sore boobs. Today I have had achy twinges in my vaginal area. Not cramps or pain, jist twinges? No bleeding either. Should I be worried?
