Frozen Milk Question

I am going back to work on Monday and planning to pull from my frozen milk stash to make bottles for Monday and throughout the week as needed. I would love to get the bottles ready on Sunday night so that I'm not crazed on Monday morning. Can I move the milk from the freezer to the refrigerator on Sunday morning and then make the bottles up on Sunday night? Will they still be good for use all day on Monday? 

Also, I will be pumping at work and I have a pretty good freezer stash going that I don't want to waste. Can I use frozen milk for the bottles each day and then freeze the new milk that I pump so I don't waste the frozen stuff? What do you do? I know fresh is better, but I don't want to waste the milk I have already frozen.
