Please Help! Very irritated nipples from pumping

I've exclusively BF'd DS from birth and started pumping when I returned to work, 12 weeks after he was born. Pumping was going well with the Medela Freestyle and I used the large flanges. My job has the Medela hospital grade Lactina pumps in all of the pumping rooms, so I decided to buy the attachment parts and try out the professional pump. The parts come with the smaller flanges and since I've been using it, my nipples are extremely sore. I can see little abrassions/blood spots after I stop using it and nursing my baby is now extremely painful. My question is, what can I do to ease the pain and help my nipples heal? I've tried Lasinoh but I'm still in pain.

BTW- I'm no longer using the Lactina- It's just too strong (even on the lowest setting).
