Did I lose my supply? HELP

I am freaking out a bit because in my quest to pump a couple of ounces with my manual medela  to feed DS from a sippy cup (to practice), I found it barely pumped any milk at all! It still has suction but wasn't pulling much milk (less than 1/2 an ounce total). I never felt letdown.

Ds has been nursing like usual, every two hours but has been very distractable (he has been for a while, though). He is having plenty of wet diapers. I haven't nursed him yet since not getting any from the pump, but I am terrified I have lost my supply, I never had any issue pumping with the manual and getting 4-5 ounces from each side within 5-10minutes... Now, nothing?
