6 weeks 6 days no fetal heart beat... should I worry?

Just had a transabdominal US, she sized me and said I should be 6 wk/6 days. That sounds about right. We saw the yolk sac, but no fetal heart beat.. should I be worried? The tech thought if we did a trans Vag we would probably see it, but I am almost 7 weeks shouldn't we see it on a transabd too?

I also don't have very many pregnancy symptoms which is worrying me.

(I work in a radiology dept, so I just asked a tech to give me a quick US first Dr appointment isn't till week 10! )
