pinching nipples

I went to the LC yesterday to get some help with the boys' latches. They gave me some good tips that are really helping it to not hurt so bad.

But we noticed that when both boys nurse they are clamping down on my nipple. It comes out of their mouths looking pinched, not rounded like after I pump. Neither LC had any tips on what to do about it!!!! Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas? Both boys are drinking well and gaining well, and like I said, the pain is getting better, just not sure what else we should do.
