1st Trimester

Anyone slacking in the exercise dept.?

  Last summer, I was running/walking at least four times a week, riding a bike, hiking, all kinds of good stuff. I felt great! Needless to say, I've been major slacking the last few months. I really, really need to start exercising more! I feel so good when I just take a walk, it just takes a very short time before I'm worn out and ready to head home and sit on the couch. Monday, I decided I'd be brave and go for a bike ride. I only rode about a mile and a half. By the time I got back, I felt like crap and wanted to pass out...dizzy, etc. Has this happened to anyone else? Who else is trying to get 'back in shape'...even if it is with a baby belly? :)
