Vulvar varicose veins anyone else?

Hi everyone. I have posted about having these before and they totally stink. But anyway I have not looked at them in awhile . I took a peek the other day and the one side down there is totally swollen and it just looks soooo bad. Starting to freak out about delivery with them. Just looking to see if anyone else is dealing with them and hoping I am not the only one feeling gross like this.
